Do I need a course to become a notary?
No. Your state commissions you, not us, and in most states you can complete the application yourself. Some states require an approved education course or an exam — those requirements are set by the state, and our training does not replace them.
What a course is for is the part after the commission: what to charge, which service lines pay, how to get hired, and how not to make the mistakes that end commissions. That part is not covered by any state application.
How much can a notary realistically make?
It depends almost entirely on which services you offer and how you get clients. General notarizations are capped by statute in every state — often $5 to $15 per signature. Mobile appointments, loan signings, apostilles and document preparation are not capped the same way, which is where the meaningful income is.

Which course should I buy first?
If you are not commissioned yet, the New Notary Course at $27. If you are commissioned and doing general notary work, the Loan Signing Agent Jumpstart at $237 is the one that changes your income. Everything else is an add-on to those two.

No. Every course is a one-time purchase with lifetime access. There is nothing to cancel, and we do not auto-enroll you into anything.
Do you help me get work after the course?
The training covers exactly how to get on signing service rosters and how to build direct relationships with escrow and title, which is the higher-paying half of the business. We also sell the signing service list and the title company contact list so you aren't building either from scratch.

What if I'm in a small market?
