• Right to Cancel — date-sensitive, and a leading cause of rejected packages
• Riders and addenda — occupancy, PUD, condo, adjustable rate, and which need initials
• Affidavits and disclosures — the long tail that still has to be right

What signings pay

Fees vary by market, signing type and whether the work reaches you through a signing service or direct from escrow. Refinances, purchases, sellers packages, HELOCs and reverse mortgages all price differently, and they take very different amounts of time — which is exactly why pricing is a module rather than a footnote.
