Loan Signing System
Review

The best-known loan signing course in the industry, sold in tiered packages at a premium price point. Strong on the signing itself and on marketing to escrow.

Disclosure, up front

We publish notary courses. Loan Signing System competes with them. Read this review knowing that, verify anything that matters on their own website, and discount our opinion accordingly. We have not invented facts, and where we did not know a current price we say so rather than guess.

What it does well

  • Genuinely comprehensive on the loan document package — the core teaching is solid
  • Very strong brand recognition, which means an active student community and plenty of peer support
  • Good material on marketing yourself to escrow officers rather than living on signing service rosters
  • Well-produced video and a polished learning platform

The other side

What to consider before buying

Consideration 01

Price tier

Sold in multiple packages at a premium price point — commonly several hundred dollars, with the fuller tiers considerably more. For a notary who is not yet earning, that is a meaningful bet on an unproven income stream.

Consideration 02

Tiered upsell

The package structure means the version you buy first is usually not the complete one, and the decision of what to add is made before you know enough to judge what you need.

Consideration 03

Single service line

It teaches loan signings extremely well and that is the whole scope. Apostilles, remote online notarization and document preparation — the services that keep income stable when refinance volume falls — are outside it.

Consideration 04

Rate sensitivity

A curriculum built entirely on loan signings is exposed to the mortgage cycle. That is not a criticism of the teaching, but it is a real risk to put your whole training budget behind.

The verdict

If you have budget and you specifically want the industry-standard loan signing credential and community, it is a legitimate choice and we would not talk you out of it. The question worth asking is whether you want to commit several hundred dollars to a single service line before you have taken your first paid signing.

How it compares to what we publish

Our Loan Signing Agent Jumpstart covers the same core ground — full document stack, table technique, rejection triggers, pricing, escrow outreach — at $237 with no tiers and no upsell ladder. And because we also publish apostille, RON and document preparation training separately, you can add a second service line for another $27–$47 rather than being locked into one.
