Mechanics vs. mindset
The balance tilts toward business thinking and away from the document-level detail. If you cannot yet identify every document in a loan package on sight, that gap will still be there afterward.

Review · More business-building than document training
Leans toward the business and mindset side of notary work — branding, marketing and positioning — more than the mechanics of the signing table.
We publish notary courses. Notary Business School competes with them. Read this review knowing that, verify anything that matters on their own website, and discount our opinion accordingly. We have not invented facts, and where we did not know a current price we say so rather than guess.
The other side
The balance tilts toward business thinking and away from the document-level detail. If you cannot yet identify every document in a loan package on sight, that gap will still be there afterward.
Programme structure and pricing in this corner of the market change frequently, sometimes toward coaching or membership formats. Confirm exactly what you are buying, and whether it recurs, before you pay.
Where a programme is sold as coaching or membership rather than a course, the true cost is the monthly figure multiplied by however long you stay. Do that arithmetic before you enroll.
Potentially a good fit if your gap is genuinely confidence, positioning and marketing rather than technical knowledge. If your gap is the document stack — and for most new signing agents it is — you will need technical training alongside it.
We split those two problems into separate, cheap purchases rather than one large one. Jumpstart ($237) is the technical training. Google Maps SEO ($37.95) and Email Marketing ($47) are the client acquisition. Nothing recurs, so the total cost is knowable on the day you buy.
