Founder transition
Carol Ray, who founded and defined the programme, has passed away. That is worth acknowledging respectfully — she did a great deal for the professionalism of this industry. It is also a fair practical question for a buyer: confirm how the programme is being maintained and updated now.
Consideration 03
Loan signings only
As with most of the established programmes, the scope is the signing table. It does not address apostilles, RON, document preparation, or the local marketing that generates non-mortgage work.
The verdict
A serious, well-regarded programme with a real reputation behind it. If you want the traditional certification route and the budget is not a constraint, it is a defensible choice. Ask about current curriculum updates before you enroll.
How it compares to what we publish
