Marketing depth
The training is stronger on doing the work than on generating the work. Getting into escrow rotations and ranking locally are their own skill sets and get comparatively less attention.

Ongoing updates
Signing agent training ages — document practices, scan-back expectations and platform behaviour all shift. Check how recently the material was updated before you buy.
The verdict
A reasonable, honest option, particularly if you want signing agent training without the premium price tag or the guru packaging. The limitation is scope rather than quality: you will finish it knowing how to do a signing, and still needing a separate answer for where the signings come from.
